I’m trying to be better about taking pictures of my kids’ activities. I have this dilemma as I think through what will mean more to them– Will it mean more to be fully PRESENT with them instead of seeing me with my camera in front of my face again? Or would it mean more to them that I’ve documented this stage of their lives well? I’m trying to find a balance. I bring my camera, take a few, and then put it down so I can ENGAGE
Here’s a few snippets.. By the way, I just can’t stay away from some of the little ones. My camera is a magnet to them– and….it….just…..gets….pulled…. right….into…their….cuteness…

Yes, that’s my son– with a mouth full of something before the egg hunt even began

So fun!
What a bunch of cute kids! How do you capture these kinds of images that tell a story? I feel like I was there.
gotta love the diaper tush!!
I can really relate to your dilemma of capturing the moments vs. being present in the moments. Sound like you are finding a balance and I’m sure your kids will be grateful for it!
